1982 – Graduated from the Alma-Ata State Medical Institute.
1986–1988 – Completed specialized clinical residency at the Volgograd Medical Institute.
Professional Career:
1996–1998 – Headed the ophthalmology center at the Zhambyl Regional Hospital.
1997 – Performed the first lens surgery within his own clinic.
1998 – Worked as a leading ophthalmic surgeon and chief physician at the Optimed ophthalmology clinic in Taraz.
2000 – Founded and served as chief physician of the Eye Microsurgery Center in Karaganda.
2005 – Expanded activities to the Eye Microsurgery Center in Shymkent.
2008 – Opened a clinic in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
2013–2018 – Opened clinics in Semey and Pavlodar.
2017 – Reached an international level by founding an Ophthalmological Laser Center in Bishkek, which in turn gave a new impetus to the development of ophthalmology in the Kyrgyz Republic.
2018 – Founded a clinic in Almaty specializing in laser vision correction.
2022 – Opened a clinic in Atyrau specializing in the diagnosis of eye diseases.
2022 – Opened the new ASTANA VISION building, which today is the largest ophthalmology clinic in Central Asia.
From 2000 to the present – Founded and serves as General Director of ASTANA VISION eye clinic branches in Astana, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent, Karaganda, Atyrau, Almaty, Semey, and Pavlodar. Founded the brand, which is currently the largest network of eye clinics in Kazakhstan! The expansion of services at the clinics has elevated the level of medical care to an entirely new standard and allows us to confidently state that the clinics are capable of managing conditions of any complexity.

2006 – Became a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS).
2008 – Defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.
2019 – Completed advanced training in the course «Advanced Laser Technologies in Ophthalmology» at the Kazakhstan Institute for the Development of Medical Innovations.
