– Signicef + Dexamethasone 0.1%: 1 drop 3 times a day for 7 days;
– Oftolik Ultra or Lumixa: 1 drop 3–4 times a day for 1.5–2 months (if discomfort or dryness persists – up to 6 months);
– Optix Forte: 1 tablet once a day for 1 month;
– Glumax gel: 2–3 times a day for 2 weeks as prescribed;
– Visual exercises;
– Follow‑up examination at 1–1.5 months; thereafter, up to 3 months after surgery, if there are complaints, on weekdays from 14:00 to 15:30.
After SmartSight and ReLEx SMILE
– Ducreasa: 1 drop 3 times a day for 7 days;

After Cross‑linking

– Oftolik Ultra: 1 drop 3–4 times a day for a prolonged period;
– DROP therapeutic: 1 drop 2 times a day for 6 months;
– Avoid contact sports, rubbing, and pressure on the eyes;
– Follow‑up examination at 1 month and 3 months after surgery.
After PEA (Monofocal IOL)
– Adhere to postoperative regimen;
– Signicef + Dexamethasone 0.1%: 1 drop 4 times a day in the operated eye for 1 week; then continue with Dexamethasone 0.1% only, 1 drop 3 times a day for 1 week; then Dexamethasone 0.1% 1 drop 2 times a day for another 1 week; discontinue Dexamethasone 3 weeks after surgery;
– Broxinac: 1 drop 2 times a day in the operated eye for 3 weeks;
– Oftolik Ultra or Hylo‑Kea: 1–2 drops 4–6 times a day in both eyes for 1–2 months, or more frequently if dryness or discomfort is felt;
– Optix Forte: 1 tablet once a day for 1 month;

After PRK
– Dexamethasone 0.1% in a tapering schedule for 9 weeks: 3 times a day for 3 weeks, then 2 times a day for 3 weeks, then 1 time a day for 3 weeks;
– Betoptic 0.5% or Timmal 0.5% – 2 times a day for 9 weeks (every 12 hours);
– Follow‑up examination at 2–3 weeks;
– During the first 6 months, wear dark glasses with UV protection during the daytime and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
