1991 – Worked in the Eye Microsurgery Department of the Regional Clinical Hospital in Volgograd.
From 1995 – Worked at the Volgograd branch of the S.N. Fedorov Federal State Institution MNTK, in the laser department, where he mastered the full scope of laser retinal surgeries.
2002–2012 – Worked at the Volgograd branch of the S.N. Fedorov Federal State Institution MNTK in the excimer laser surgery department, later in the refractive error correction department.
2005–2012 – Head of the Refractive Error Correction Department at the Volgograd branch of the S.N. Fedorov Federal State Institution MNTK.
May 2012 – August 2019 – Medical Director of the ASTANA VISION Vision Correction Center (Astana); concurrently from 2015 – Deputy General Director for Medical Affairs of the ASTANA VISION eye clinic network.
August 2019 – present – Deputy General Director for Medical Affairs of the ASTANA VISION clinic network.
