The CONSTELLATION® Vision System currently represents a new generation of vitreous surgery systems, fully surpassing the technology of the previous‑generation ACCURUS device. This system allows surgery on both the anterior and posterior segments of the eye, performing both vitrectomy and phacoemulsification with cataract removal. It is the latest development in ophthalmic surgery, surpassing all previous models in many parameters.

• ULTRAVIT® vitrectomy probes with cut rates up to 5,000 cuts per minute, with adjustable opening time, allowing flow regulation independent of vacuum and cut rate, providing highly efficient vitreous removal and stable hydrodynamics during tissue movement;
• Built‑in forced infusion system that continuously monitors intraocular pressure. The system compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a stable IOP level. IOP monitoring inside the cassette allows surgery at reduced IOP, minimizing complications;
• Flow rate control;
• Instantaneous temporary IOP elevation function with a single foot pedal press;
• Advanced xenon illuminator providing an unparalleled level of illumination;
• Built‑in or separately supplied latest‑generation PUREPOINT® 532 nm endolaser with Russian‑language menu and control via the CONSTELLATION® screen;
• Automatic air‑fluid valve allowing switching of infusion without additional assistance or accessories;
• Automatic gas filling – the device automatically prepares the gas mixture at the required concentration;
• LED and color confirmation of correct accessory connection to the device, facilitating and speeding up this procedure for the operating room nurse;
• System for torsional phacoemulsification of cataracts using the Ozil® ultrasound handpiece;
• 17‑inch adjustable monitor with an advanced graphical interface and video‑prompt system.
