During the diagnostic examination, I was found to have –1.75 and –2.00.
I only wore glasses while driving, but I was already starting to feel discomfort during walks and began thinking about permanent glasses or contact lenses. So, thanks to my parents’ insistence, I decided to have the correction straight away.

Astana Vision has a modern, high‑tech operating room. It looks like something from sci‑fi films. Overall, all processes in the clinic are well streamlined – everything is organised and well thought out.

Details about the post‑op day:
🌱 Once home, I could eat.
🌱 Then I had to instil the drops provided and sleep for 3 hours, lying only on my back.
🌱 No washing for the first 24 hours.
🌱 No rubbing or touching the eyes.
🌱 No heavy lifting or bending over.
🌱 No showering on the first day.
🌱 Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited on the first day.

The day after the appointment, all restrictions are lifted.

As I mentioned earlier, my eyes hurt for the first 3 hours – a stinging sensation. And I was scared, as if something was wrong 🙈. But after sleeping, all the pain went away, and by the evening I could already see perfectly. Now I feel immense gratitude and happiness 🥹.
